Payment

Rates

  • Free 15-minute initial consultation

  • $175 for first session, which includes documentation necessary for insurance reimbursement

  • $150 per session for virtual outpatient therapy

  • Partial sessions or consultations are prorated according to the ongoing session fee

For individuals not utilizing insurance or using an out-of-network provider, fee-for-service is required at the time of service. Insurance may reimburse afterwards.

For individuals seeking services who have another insurance provider, superbills will be provided that clients may use for out-of-network reimbursement. It is not guaranteed that insurance will reimburse at the full rate, please review your coverage plan.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations that occur prior to 24 hours will be rescheduled at no additional fee

  • Cancellations occurring within 24 will be charged the full fee-for-service

    • This is not covered or reimbursable by insurance

  • No shows are charged the full fee-for-service

    • This is not covered or reimbursable by insurance
